These terms cover use of the depproof.com website and the depproof product, provided by itsnotbug, LLC. By using them you agree to these terms.

Licensing

The depproof scanner is distributed under its published license and is free for open source and organizations under $1M in annual revenue. Commercial and enterprise use is governed by the applicable end-user license agreement (EULA). Advisory and license data is sourced from open-data providers under their respective licenses.

No warranty

depproof is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Dependency, license, and vulnerability findings are advisory; you are responsible for your own compliance decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, itsnotbug, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the software or this site.
